Registration for Families Enrolled in Care After School for the 2019-20 School Year

Annual registration is required by the Ohio Department of Job and Family Services. Failure to register your family by the dates outlined below will result in withdrawal from the program for the 2020-21 school year. 

Important Dates and Information for Currently Enrolled Families:

Friday, February 28th 10am: priority registration begins, current status guaranteed (exact same enrollment status as the 2019-20 school year)
 
Friday, March 6th: last day to register for current status guaranteed
Check the change of status box on the registration form if you want to do any of the following:
  • add a sibling that is not enrolled in CAS for the 2019-20 school year
  • change from full-time to part-time or vice versa
  • change part-time days of attendance
  • change from AM to PM or vice versa
  • change school of attendance

March 6th - March 13th:  current status no longer guaranteed; enrolled first-come, first served; change in status registrations enrolled as available. 
 
March 13th:   
  • change of status requests confirmed or denied for registrations submitted by March 6th
  • deadline for priority registration; registrations received after this date will be placed in the lottery for available spaces
  • Tuition due to secure 2020-21 enrollment and cover August tuition (half of a standard monthly payment); Tuition Express will automatically deduct the payment. If you are already enrolled in Tuition Express, you do not need to fill out another authorization form. To enroll in Tuition Express, please print and complete the Tuition Express Authorization Form and submit it, along with a voided check, to your Site Director.

To ensure proper registration, please follow the steps listed below:

1. Complete one registration for each child you wish to enroll.
 
2. Submit the registration packet and pay the $40 family registration fee.
 
Your registration is not complete and will not be submitted until you select the “COMPLETE REGISTRATION PROCESS” button, "COMPLETE PAYMENT" of the registration fee, and receive the "REGISTRATION COMPLETE" notification page. Be sure to check your inbox (and/or your junk folder) for an email confirming that registration for your child has been received by CAS. If you do not receive a "REGISTRATION RECEIVED" email, please contact Care After School right away.
